A multi-purpose space for women and trans folks in and surrounding the tech industry to work towards social change. We believe that community-centric models that engage with communities as a whole, instead of centering around individual non-profits lead to more effective social change.

We're a diverse group of organizations led by women and trans people in the tech industry and/or interested in social change. We believe that social change is created through building diverse communities, being accountable towards marginalized people, and a wide range of activities and actions.

How You Can Get Involved

We encourage people and organizations to participate by:
